Share the Goods

Share the Goods is a matching service that connects people who could use help with groceries, to those who can provide that help. It was developed as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic. I was approached by the founding team as they were looking to improve their systems to support the growth in engagement they were experiencing.

I developed a custom application built on top of the Laravel framework, that streamlined the user signup process, automated many of the communication flows, and provided a strong interface to facilitate and accellerate the matching process.

The platform is estimated to have facilitated between $90,000 and $150,000 in goods exchanged.
